How Fast Will It Arrive?
Our warehouse crew works Monday – Saturday packing bikes with superhero speed ��♂️�� to make sure every order gets out quickly and smoothly.
* Order before 2:00 PM → Delivered next business day
* Order after 2:00 PM → Delivered within 2 business days
* Order Saturday before 2:00 PM → Delivered Sunday
* Order Saturday after 2:00 PM → Delivered Tuesday
* Order Sunday → Delivered Tuesday

Free shipping does not apply outside the UAE.

Once your order is packed and ready, you’ll receive a tracking email.

We recommend keeping an eye on tracking so someone is ready to welcome the new wheels home!
Lost Package?
If tracking says “Delivered” but your box is playing hide and seek:
1. Contact us right away.
2. We’ll investigate with our delivery partner.
Please allow 2–3 business days for us to zoom through the investigation.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Changed your mind? No problem (as long as we haven’t shipped it yet!).
· You can cancel directly from the website before processing.
· Want a different color or model? Cancel and place a new order.
· Once the warehouse has processed your order, changes aren’t possible, you’ll need to follow the return process.
We do not process direct exchanges.
Returns
We want every little rider (and parent!) to feel confident ordering.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
· Be unused
· Be in original condition
· Be in the original box & packaging
· Include all parts, accessories & manuals
· Not be damaged
If items are returned damaged or incomplete, the cost of missing or damaged parts may be deducted.
Return Window
Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
Once approved, the item must be sent back in original condition.
After inspection, we’ll confirm and process the refund accordingly.

Refunds
Refunds are issued according to your original payment method:
Paid by Cash (Cash on Delivery)?
Our team will arrange the refund and coordinate the cash collection process with you.
Paid by Card?
The refund goes back to the same card used at checkout.
Please allow several business days for your bank to process it. If it takes longer than expected, just reach out, we’re happy to help.
Warranty & Manufacturer Issues
If something isn’t right due to a manufacturing defect, contact us immediately.
